Nikki has first—hand experience recruiting for some of the area’s largest companies, including construction and property management institutions. She has spent more than three years recruiting at all levels, and knows exactly how to find the perfect combination of skills and interpersonal dynamics that make for an ideal match. She believes wholeheartedly in finding the right person for the job, not just a “warm body” to occupy a desk.

Before joining Banner Associates, Nikki worked at some of Washington’s leading organizations. These include Stanley Black & Decker, GXS, and The JBG Companies. During her tenure at each company, she recruited, trained and supervised staff at all professional levels. She has also had extensive experience being a client to recruiters, so she completely understands what it takes to satisfy exacting demands.

Ron is a dynamic business development professional with years of experience building solid relationships with local and national companies. He has successfully established lasting business partnerships with firms that range in size from 5 to over 5,000 employees.

Ron’s business career has included management positions in both the professional sports and insurance industries. He has the key ability to communicate; consulting with all levels of executives and management teams, to completely understand their needs and to then meet and exceed their expectations. Optimizing these capabilities have led to many great successes for Ron and his clients.

Ron is a native Washingtonian and currently lives in Bowie, Maryland with his wife, Barbara. In his free time, you can see him on the nearest golf course or cheering on his favorite DC sports team – the Washington Wizards.
